I couldn’t be happier with the service from Bay Carpets. They recently fitted a new carpet in my farmhouse and were fantastic from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and clearly took real pride in their work. The fitting was done to a very high standard, everything was left clean and tidy, and the finished result looks brilliant. I've used Bay Carpets a few times and have nothing but positive things to say.
On this occasion, I just needed a carpet fitter to lay a high quality carpet which had been given to me.
Josh at Bay Carpets was helpful from the outset, it was very easy to communicate with him, and he quickly provided a very fair quote for the work (and half the price of another fitter I had approach on the Sandgate Road in Folkestone!)
The fitter arrived on time, and did the work quickly and to a high standard and cleaned up before leaving.
